Alexandra Uribe

Alexandra Uribe is a founding sister and alumna of Phi Chapter at the New Jersey Institute of Technology,
which was established in the Spring of 1996. Alexandra graduated New Jersey Institute of Technology in the spring of 2003 with a
degree in Construction Engineering. She has been active through Lambda Beta since the fall of 2003 assisting with several Spring
Conferences as well as Community Services. During the 2007 National Alumnae & Graduates Convention, she presented “Young Fabulous
and Absolutely Broke.” Additionally, she presented “You, The Owners Manual” at the 2007 Lambda Beta Spring Conference. Most
recently, Alexandra served as President of Lambda Beta Alumnae Chapter for 2006 – 2007. She is also a dedicated Lifetime Active
Member.
Alexandra is currently employed by Pavarini McGovern, a Construction Management Company, located in Manhattan, New York as an
Assistant Project Manager. She is currently enrolled at New Jersey Institute of Technology and has completed and received her
certification in Construction Management and will continue with her studies in the Masters Program for Civil Engineering with an
estimated graduation date of May 2008.

Andrea Carter-Kinsaul

Andrea Carter-Kinsaul is an alumna of Gamma Mu Chapter at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she became a member of
Lambda Theta Alpha in the Spring of 2004. Prior to joining the National Alumnae Executive Board, Andrea has served in various
leadership roles at the chapter and area level, specifically serving as Area Administrative Supervisor and Area Supervisor in
Texas South Area Two (TXSA2).
Andrea acquired a Bachelors of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political
Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is currently pursuing her
Masters of Business Administration degree in Houston, TX at the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
She is also currently employed at the prestigious Rice University as a department administrator for the
Center for Multimedia Communications.
Candice Ahwah

Candice Ahwah is an alumna of Upsilon chapter at the University of Maryland, where she became a member in the Spring of 2003.
As an undergraduate, she held various chapter positions including chapter president, treasurer and academic chair. Recently, she
has served on the chapter executive board of Lambda Iota Alumnae chapter and as an Area Supervisor for undergraduate chapters in
Georgia and Tennessee (TNA1).
Candice has earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Community Health at the University of Maryland- College Park and a Masters
of Public Health degree from Emory University. She currently works in the social services field at a state government agency.
Paola Caraballo

Paola Caraballo graduated from Rider University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a double major in
Finance and Global Business, minor in French. She became a sister of Lambda Theta Alpha in the Fall of 2001 through Alpha Alpha
Graduate Chapter of New Jersey. Since becoming a sister of Lambda Theta Alpha, she has served as treasurer of Alpha Alpha Graduate
Chapter from 2002 to 2005 as well as chapter orientation advisor from 2003 to 2005. Subsequently, she assumed the role of Area
Finance Supervisor for New Jersey Central Area 2 from 2005 through 2006. Last but not least, Paola recently served on the 2006 -
2007 National Alumnae Executive Board as the NAOO and is returning for a second term. She's currently employed by a global
chemical company as Lead Credit Analyst.
