Partners

The National Alumnae Executive Board is joined in its efforts to uphold its mission, vision and values by six key groups of stakeholders. They are:

1. Lambda Theta Alpha alumnae: Lambda Theta Alpha alumnae are the life-blood of this organization. Through their active participation, they make Lambda Theta Alpha the embodiment of the premier organization for the Universal Woman.
    
2. Community: Community is not only the environment in which Lambda Theta Alpha carries out its initiatives, but also the place in which the Universal Woman resides and develops. Community is not the place or the people that we serve; we are that place and those people and we work together to achieve common goals and needs.
    
3. Latino Culture and Community: Latinas by tradition, not by definition. Lambda Theta Alpha was established as a Latino-led, Latino-serving institution. We continue to work with our Latino brothers and sisters toward the realization of inclusion, equal opportunity and the celebration of our heritage.
    
4. Undergraduate sisters of Lambda Theta Alpha: As future alumnae, it is imperative that the development of the Universal Woman begins at the undergraduate level. Our undergraduates are not only the future leaders of our alumnae chapters but also the future leaders of their homes, communities and places of employment.
    
5. Lambda Theta Alpha National and Area Representatives: Our national and area leaders are alumnae who serve our undergraduate chapters and national organization. Thus we are in partnership in working towards the development of the Universal Woman. We work in collaboration to serve this common purpose.
    
6. Alumnae/Graduate Chapters: Our alumnae and graduate chapters continue to carry out the commitment that they made to Lambda Theta Alpha through their work in community and professional arenas. They serve as an inspiration: through unity, by working together, all great things are possible.
