Dress for Success Clothing Drive

Do you have extra business
attire to share with someone
just starting her career?

Well, we may have the answer!

On Saturday February 25, 2006 the National Alumnae Executive Board will be hosting a clothing drive to benefit Dress for Success, a non-profit organization that provides interview-appropriate clothing, job retention support and confidence boosts to low-income women seeking employment. Clothing will be collected during the National Alumnae & Graduates Convention taking place at the Holiday Inn Boardwalk Atlantic City, NJ.

If your donations are appropriate to wear to work and if you would still feel comfortable wearing your donated item to an interview, we'll take it! Donations are tax deductible.

What we accept: skirts, pant suits, blouses, scarves, bags, unused pantyhose
We do not accept: undergarments, used cosmetics, used pantyhose, non interview-appropriate clothing

Dress for Success understands that if a woman doesn't have a job, she can't afford career-oriented clothes. But, without the right clothes, she can't get the job! By donating interview-appropriate suits to Dress for Success, you will be helping someone less fortunate get on the road to success.
