In the months, to come the group executed various community services, and educational programs that ranged from feeding the homeless to educating the youth about college.
In May 2005, the New York Graduate Interest Group evolved to a group comprised of ten multi-cultural women, from various college institutions; Binghamton University, Hu nter College School of Social Work, Seton Hall School of Law, Stony Brook University, and Utica College of Syracuse University. After many years of rigorous work in previous college interests groups, all ten united took the next step into the sisterhood of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority Incorporated with admirable dedication and loyalty.
