Dear Sisters,

On behalf of the National Alumnae Executive Board of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority Inc., I am pleased to invite you to the 3rd annual National Alumnae & Graduates Convention, “Packing your Briefcase with Strategies for Success”, to be held at the Hilton Philadelphia Airport in Philadelphia, PA on Saturday, February 26, 2005. The National Alumnae & Graduates Convention will focus on the advancement of members by providing career workshops and networking opportunities. Convention workshops will also provide alumnae and graduate members with an opportunity to reflect on their needs related to family, community, culture, and career. Lastly, there will be activities provided for you that are aimed at reconnecting you with the essence of the sisterhood. Throughout the weekend there will be many events planned especially to address the needs of alumnae and graduate sisters, such as our convention workshops (Saturday February 26), Bowl-a-Thon benefiting the Pave the Way Foundation (Saturday February 26) and Alumnae Reunion (Sunday February 27).

On our 30th anniversary year, a positive and uplifting alumnae presence can be felt more than every before in LTA. Without your contributions, we would not be where we are today. Why not take some time to visit the Philadelphia area with loved ones and reconnect with the sisterhood at the same time! We’d love to see you and share in a special celebration and educational experience.
